Lapor Dewan Bone Bolango is a digital platform that enables citizens (“Users”) to submit reports, complaints, and aspirations (“Content”) directly to the Regional House of Representatives of Bone Bolango Regency for verification and follow-up by the relevant government agencies.

3. User Account

To use certain features of the Service, you are required to register for an account. By doing so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and not disclose it to any third party.
• Take full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibility

You agree not to misuse the Service. You are solely responsible for the Content you submit. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Submit Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Submit Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to remove Content or suspend accounts that we determine to be in violation of these Terms.

5. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of any Content you submit. However, by submitting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content as necessary to operate and promote the Service, including forwarding it to relevant government authorities for follow-up action.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your report will be resolved or responded to within a specific timeframe. Our role is limited to facilitating the submission of your report to the relevant authorities. The final resolution of each report remains the responsibility of the respective government agency.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lapor Dewan Bone Bolango shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, whether direct or indirect, or loss of data, use, or other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice (such as posting an announcement on our homepage or sending you a notification).

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
